They are essential items in jewellery making as they are used in earrings, bag charms, charm bracelets and many more things. Headpins are a quick and easy way to attach beads to chains and you can get some wonderful effects. Eyepins are very similar to headpins except instead of having a flat stopper on the bottom they have a loop. This loop is really useful for attaching more headpins or eyepins to create a long dangly charm or creating cluster effects.
